We received the first prize in the category of commercial, public service and sports buildings construction.

M.S.: Winter is a time of increased demand for sports activities. What are the challenges associated with the design and performance of modern ice rink facilities? How to ensure success in the implementation of these kind of orders?

JS: A major challenge is to meet the production demand and installation of several facilities at the same time. Our peak production time is around November and December. The integrity and professionalism of the company guarantee that implementation of each project is effective and successful. We are not only involved in seasonal business. Alles Cool is a professional contractor for commercial cooling, ventilation and air conditioning systems. We have a long track record and experience in cooling that is invaluable for production of recreational and professional ice rink facilities.

M.S.:: How important It is  to follow and implement new market trends on a European level? What technology solutions are right for your business model and what are the future solutions used for recreational and sports facilities that address social and investment needs?

JS: Who does not develop, is likely to shrink…We constantly aim to keep up to date with all the technology news and innovation. However we do not chase trends in a blindfold manner. We are testing each solution many times, checking its functionality and durability. For example, we have recently rejected a strongly advertised ice surface freezing system, based on aluminum modules. We feel that this solution is premature, and system not yet fully reliable. The attempts by some companies to circumvent numerous patents can cause big problems for the ice rinks in the future. If we are talk about innovations, we try to identify them ourselves. This was the case with our state-of-the-art Rolba n-ICE solution. This is the first ice resurfacer of completely Polish construction. Our n-ice Rolba has some innovative solutions, among others: a movable and adjustable front axle, allowing you to drive easily outside the ice rink even on uneven ground. To improve the comfort the operator’s place is heated. As an extra option n-ice Rolba is equipped with a snow bulldozer and a camera system, that show the amount of snow collected and the dead box in the camera on the right side of the machine.

M.S.: What do you recon was the main reason you were awarded a prize in the Polish Eagles Construction Competition in the category “commercial, sports and public service buildings?” Which  projects convinced the jury and how this prize will affect your business in the future?

JS: Our company has been audited in terms of reliability, financial stability, achievements and dynamic sales growth. We have an exemplary rating, which translated into this first place in this grand competition. The jury highly assessed that already in 2004 we built the first mobile ice rink, which puts us among the pioneers of the seasonal ice skating rinks construction in Poland. The ice skating rink was created at our headquarters. This became the advertisement and a reference point for ALLES COOL cooling and air conditioning business. Jury was also impressed with our projects, carried out outside the country. I think that we were able to impress the jury with the design and manufacturing of the first Polish Rolba n-ICE ice resurfacer. This award received at the Eagles of Polish Construction gala obliges us to even greater attention to the quality of our services and motivates to continue this dynamic development.
